Program Description
Sky Club operates Molly, an AI-powered concierge service that communicates with members via SMS text message. Members may use Molly to request and coordinate club services including aircraft detailing, pre-flight catering, fuel coordination, hangar cleaning, and ramp services.
Enrollment Enrollment
Enrollment in the Molly concierge program is available only to Spirit Sky Club members. Members opt in by texting JOIN to (314) 310-6009. By completing these opt-in steps, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Spirit Sky Club related to member concierge services, scheduling, service confirmations, and club membership support.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages in response to texts you send to Molly, as well as service confirmations and updates related to requests you have made.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Sky Club does not charge for text messages beyond your standard carrier rates.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from Sky Club. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact Sky Club directly.

Supported Carriers
Sky Club's messaging service is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
Limitation of Liability
Sky Club is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service coordination is subject to vendor availability. Sky Club will make reasonable efforts to fulfill service requests in a timely manner.
Changes to These Terms
Sky Club may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Molly concierge service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
